Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new email account in no time and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect emails from one email box to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails according to certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
